• NO smoking inside the home, smoking is permitted in back yard. Please use ash tray. • Only the guests listed on the reservations are permitted on the property. • The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. • The washer and dryer are in the laundry room located near the kitchen, there is a step down. Starter detergent pods are in basket above washer. • Please do not remove make up with the white bath towels or wash cloths. Stained towels may result in a replacement fee. • Please remove trash and place in the trash cans on side of house. Starter trash bags are under the sink in the kitchen. • Only use wooden or rubber utensils on nonstick pans. Use coasters on all furniture and granite. Do not set any hot pans directly on granite or furniture. Hot pads are located to the left of the stove in the top drawer. Please wipe any spills immediately to avoid damage to furnishings or granite. • Trash pick-up day is Wednesday. Please make sure bags are tied shut and lid is closed. Blue can is for recycle materials only. • Do not sit on the furniture with sunscreen or wet bathing suits. Beach towels are provided. • The HVAC thermostat is in the living room to the right of the TV. Please keep the thermostat set no higher than 73 for heat and no lower than 70 for air conditioning. • Do not tamper with the owner’s closet. Any removed items will result in a replacement fee. Pet Rules • Please pick up after your pet. • Pets are not allowed on the furniture. • Please do not use bath towels on pets; pet towels are provided in small round basket. • Please rinse sand off pet, prior to letting inside. • Leashes are required if pet is in front yard.
